Benjamin Y. Clark

I am an Associate Professor of Public Administration and Executive Director of the Great Lakes Environmental Finance Center in Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. I am also an Executive Committee member of the Association for Budgeting and Financial Management.
My research currently focuses on the following areas:
1) Public budgeting and finance (particularly how financial health of local governments impacts other issues of local government management),
2) Local government management (particularly crowdsourcing and coproduction),
