Radha Appan is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at Cleveland State University. She received her PhD in information systems from Texas Tech University. Her research interests include systems analysis and design, online auction markets, human decision making, and e-commerce related trust issues. She has taught courses such as IT for managers, knowledge management, database management, systems analysis and production and operations management. She has papers published in refereed journals such as MIS Quarterly, Journal of the Association of Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, and Information and Management. She has also published her work in several conferences.
