    Abstract

    Sagers discusses issues surrounding the 2001 introduction of a bill by Rep. James Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.), the House Judiciary chairman, to establish an “Antitrust Modernization Commission,” a purportedly bipartisan panel of antitrust experts who would be asked to “study issues and problems relating to the modernization of the antitrust laws.”
