Lethal Use of Drones: When the Executive Is the Judge, Jury, and Executioner

    Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

    Abstract

The lack of effective oversight, along with unchecked power concentrated in the executive branch, threaten human rights and individual freedoms at home and abroad.
