Noncustodial Parents' Right to Direct the Education of their Children

    Abstract

    This article discusses the Seventh Circuit's addressing of the noncustodial parent's right to make educational decisions for his children; to examine other case law exploring the rights of noncustodial parents to make educational decisions for their children; and, to analyze the proposed solutions for public schools when addressing competing demands by custodial and noncustodial parents.
