Abstract

Hoke argues for the requirement of semiannual audits of the Statewide Voter Registration Database using an external independent technical auditor retained by and reporting to the Elections Accountability Board as well as to the public. All political parties and the secretary would have access to the assessment, including recommendations for improvements.
