Abstract

 This course, last taught Spring 2020, uses the Bonner Foundation's policy brief framework (See Dover, 2023b). Verbal presentation of the brief in the final week "as if" it were testimony at a federal, state or local public hearing permits observation and evaluation of achievement of CSWE competencies (Dover & Hackett, 2016).
