The Ohio State Constitution: A Reference Guide

    Research output: Book/ReportBook

    Abstract

In 2003 Ohio celebrated its bicentennial, but most of the state's residents are unaware of the rich history and text of the state's constitution. From its precursor, the Northwest Ordinance, through three successful constitutional conventions and more than 200 proposed amendments; the Ohio Constitution is an evolving document. This work, current through the November 2004 election, is a needed resource for anyone interested in the history or text of the Ohio Constitution, or state Constitutions in general.
