Abstract
Mika argues that "exposing students to the real stories behind the litigation has the result of re-invigorating student passions and reminding them about how the law can be a tool for social justice and change." Mika played a moving NPR podcast about the Obergefell decision and felt that it was an effective and unique teaching tool.
